IEEE HPSR 2011 will take place at the School of Telecommunication Engineering of the
Technical University of Cartagena, Spain. This building was built in the
18th century and it formerly was a headquarter.
It is located next to the city centre where the major attractions, like the Archeological museum, the city Walls, the Roman theater and the city Hall, are found within walking distance.
